The 2009/10 No Boundaries Traveling Art Exhibit, “Transcendence“, opened in its second tour venue on December 10, 2009, at a location on Capitol Hill in Seattle. An Opening Reception was held on that evening - attendance was lively and artists and patrons mixed in high spiritis.
